Personal history
From an early age, he was fascinated with breeding and training warhorses and wardogs. He joined Trott's Marauders at the age of 14 as a cavalry captain, and warred across the Old World. In 2508, he was disinherited in favour of his older sister, Shalgrid. Absolem returned to Tahme where he was imprisoned and brutalised by Shalgrid until he finally accepted her dominance. However, privately Absolem refuses to accept Shalgrid's claim to Tahme, and insists on calling himself the Baron of Tahme when dealing with his peers. In 2510, a somewhat pacified Absolem attended Altdorf University where he joined the League of Karl-Franz and was soon reknowned as one of its most violent members. In 2510 IC he was extracted from university in 2512 IC by his father to rejoin Trott's Marauders after the Ubersreik Annexation.
Relationships
History
Absolem has never forgiven Shalgrid for usurping his position as heir to the Duchy of Tahme. He has been forced to accept this situation by imprisonment and torture but now considers that his sisters marriage into the Jungfreud family invaludates her claim the the Duchy and expect his father to correct his earlier error and make him the rightful heir.
History
Absolem was forced to marry Lady Beatrice von Havelfurt by his sister Shadrid in 2511 IC as a condition of being released from his cage.
The swapping of vows took place in the Tahmenschloss in the Duchy of Tahme in central Reikland.
Absolem was not freed from his cage until the ceremony was complete.
In 2511 IC, Beatrice gave birth to a son, Zenechar Reikhardt, in the Tahmenschloss. It is assumed that Absolem is the father although he has nothing to do with his wife anymore and has never seen his son.
Lady Beatrice is living with Shalgrid and the two are said to be lovers despite the fact that both are married.
