Artificers of Plenty

"It is through devotion I aid, like any other. Not through the edge of a dagger, but by the full belly that wields it."

Written by GrumpiestElf

As the name implies, there is plenty for an Artificer to do. They are a more unique path, in that they are generally exempt from any call to arms from the Brotherhood due to their different methods of aiding to the Brotherhood's wellbeing and growth. An Artificer is a supplier, whether that would be gathering wealth, ensuring there is food and drink at the establishment, specific materials for the Void Scribes, or a blacksmith to tend to the equipment for the Singing Fates. Even simple things such as keeping the place clean and neat is just as useful! They ensure that the comforts of their brothers and sisters are well tended to, keeping the Brotherhood steady and strong.

Requirements

There is very little an Unbound has to do to become an Artificer. To become one, simply find the nearest Nidus' Hand or above to discuss how one wishes to contribute to the Brotherhood, providing documents to prove legitimacy of their claims.   After such, and a successful attempt of that they are able to provide us with their services, the Unbound can call themselves an Artificer of Plenty. They too receive a mantle, one of a warm green colour.

Responsibilities

An Artificer is expected to uphold the deal they set, in whatever way they decided to pledge their skills and materials to see to the maintenance of everything, and everyone. The blacksmith keeps the weapons sharp and armor polished, the tradesman keeps our kitchen full of food and drink, the wealthy patrons have our vaults be with plenty of coin and so on, so forth.

Benefits

Asides from also receiving coin from the Brotherhood like everyone else, one very important benefactor is the inherent protection the path provides. As most who are Artificers are hardly material for combat, they are excluded from any battle. Of course, if an Artificer wishes to participate, they can do so, but it is not expected of them the same way like it is with the other paths.
