Domain of the Lord of Glamour

Most of the Lords perceive humanity as pests intruding on the world that should be rightfully theirs. As such, they have no qualms against killing them, a way of thinking that partially led to the Extinction. And there are some that decided to keep humans as their own pets, slaves, workers, or worshippers. Not because they needed them or their manpower but for their own entertainment.
When the Extinction came and went and The Curtain fell, they gathered their 'flock' inside their Domains, imprisoning them with the chains, their Words, or binding them with contracts that would ensure they never truly can be free.
Lord of Glamour keeps humans so they can watch them and be watched by them.

Gold and marble

The Domain of this Lord can be seen from afar. It is one of the areas of the city that is kept in the best shape. The buildings are renovated or demolished and rebuilt. The streets and walls are covered with marble, gold, and various other luxurious materials. Numerous lights, screens, and neons completely banished any darkness from the area. The music fills the air, from classical pieces to more modern sounds. Anyone not knowing the true nature of this place might naively consider it a perfect place to stay. A mistake they will soon pay for if they don't leave soon enough. Because catching the interest of the Lord might mean never being able to leave.

Entertainment district

Lord of Glamour requires almost continuous entertainment to be pleased. They want movies, dances, plays, and songs made in their honor. As long as it is not something that would bring stillness to the changes in their appearance (so things like paintings and photographs are mostly banned). Armies of actors, writers, directors, and camera operators work tirelessly every day, just in case the Lord comes to see what they have created. After all, no one would want to displease them.

Textiles and clothes

With each change in their appearance, the Lord of this domain wants to wear a new set of clothing. Similarly, their subjects should also follow the fashion trends set by them. No wonder then that the old, closed textile factories in the area have been reopened, renovated, and expanded. Each one of them is connected to many tailor workshops that work day and night. The farms and ranches that provide various materials for clothes constitute more than a third of the Domain.

Castes

Lord of Glamour divided the population of their Domain using two categories: by how good someone looks and if they can watch the Lord. Those deemed worthy in those two categories are put into Lord's court as their Watchers. Their role is to accompany their Lord wherever they go and keep looking at them until they either become too ugly or their eyes will give out (looking at this Lord directly is ill-advised as it can lead those not blessed by them to blindness or cause bleeding from eyes). Those, who are not pretty enough but still with good eyesight get to work in places where Lord may show up, mostly in the entertainment district. The rest, as people not being able to fully appreciate Lord's beauty have to work most manual works, where those ugly to the Lord get the worst ones, that are as farthest away from them as possible.

Tower of mirrors and luxury

Each Lord has their Tower, and Lord of Glamour's Tower is one that can be seen from very far. Not because it is the tallest, but because of the mirrors, golden ornaments, and screens that show the Lord's appearance every minute of the day. Unless one lives somewhere underground, they will at least once be blinded by the sun reflecting off of this spire, even many kilometers away from it.
According to the rumors, each floor of the Tower is kept in a different style, and the Lord of Glamour changes where they live depending on which floor will best suit their new look. Each floor has hundreds of wardrobes full of clothes, hundreds of mirrors to pose in front of, and hundreds of cameras so that Lord's subjects might watch them wherever they are.

Events and festivities

While staying in the Domain for too long isn't a good idea unless one really wants to lose their freedom, both the one to leave and the mental one, it is also a place safe from dangerous Spirits and many hazards of the world changed by the fall of The Curtain. Additionally, Lord of Glamour often hosts many events and festivities with many grand prizes to win. This is of course done to increase the number of their subjects, but if one manages to escape the Domain with one of the rewards, their life outside might get somewhat easier.
