Helen is the last born child of the Patel’s main family. Since birth she has known Aubrey, the current head of the family. After her parents died, the dragon took her in and became her official guardian. She delights in informing others that she was technically raised by a dragon. Aubrey wasted no expense ensuring Helen received the best education possible so that she could one day take over as head of the house.
Helen took to her studies well, but she prefers to pretend she’s Aubrey attendant despite the two being relatives in all but blood. Quiet and observant, she considers herself the Matriarch’s “human side” and keeps her temper in check.
