Rubellum

Located in the Southeastern corner of the Human Territories, Rubellum is considered rustic in comparison to the other city-states Rubellum. Despite being one of the smallest, it has the second-largest dragon population after Peridan. Rubellum sits on the southern border of the largest forest in Geolga, so much of the region is divided by “green corridors”. Thanks to the abundance of trees, Rubellum is the center of the logging industry and furniture making.
Despite its remoteness, or even because of it, Rubellum is very popular amongst the rich and connected as a vacation spot. As the city houses so many dragons, it’s no surprise that many of the noble families there are known dragon supporters, the most notable being the Strauss, Patel, and Mariette families. Unfortunately, Rubellum is also known for having strict laws regarding dragons and most of its scaled population consists of domesticates.
