Minuo Venari

The Order of Minuo Venari is a secret organization of Eladrin Elf Blood Hunters, sworn to pursuit evil across the planes of existence and met out justice. Minuo Venari literally translates to "To Bleed, To Hunt" in some ancient and lost language of the Eladrin. 
The order trains in the tracking and identification of evil creatures and uses ancient secrets of Blood Magic that allow members of the order to enhance their strength and abilities by cutting themselves and releasing the ancient magics sealed in the blood of all living creatures. 
In addition to their Blood Magic, Minuo Venari agents are given and trained in the use of a Chronovectio, a magical wristwatch like device that allows them to travel to different planes of existence to make sure no target can hide from them in the multiverse. 
The Road to becoming a Minuo Venari is long and difficult. It requires decades of study and training before initiates take the Trials. The trials test all the skills agents of the Order would need to successfully hunt evil. But more importantly, the Trials test a candidates moral fortitude. Because agents of the Minuo Venari operate outside the bounds of any laws or governments and only those with exceptional character can be trusted to hunt evil and become Judge, Jury and Executioner.
