Tej

Tej is a fermented alcoholic drink made from native fruit of Chult. Do to the scarcity of barley, wheat and grapes in the jungle, Beer, Ale and Wine is very rare and expensive in Port Nyanzaru. All of the local taverns and restaurants instead serve Tej of varying quality as the preferred drink of the populace.
