The Elder of Trust is the closest the dwarven society has in terms of a Vice-King. He is the person who runs the state when the King is not available and is the Kings most important adviser.
Grag Hamcrusher is a fundamentalist style dwarf who does not believe in integrating into a multi-cultural society. He is also the oldest dwarf between the elders.
