Hekheni Leadforge - The Elder of Secrets
While dwarves are generally upfront about most things, that does not mean they don't employ the services of agents - more or less visible all over the world. The Elder of Secrets is the person holding all these threads together.
Hekheni is - surprisingly for his station - a loud and talkative dwarf. However nearly everything he says is a carefully constructed fassade and does not bear in reality. He has perfected the art of this kind of lying so far that he seems extremely trustworthy and people just like to talk to him about everything - and by accident telling him everything that he desires to know.
