Shizen Moonwhisper found this bow at the top of the tallest tower of the "moon people" keep in the Shadowfell. Inscribed on the concave curve of the bow are elvish runes — faintly glowing with the light of the moon — that spell "Moon Whisper" in a long-forgotten dialect.
