The Ryo-Alluin

The Ryo-Alluin are a group of seven elves that are the ultimate authority within the government of the High Elves hierarchy. The Ryo-Alluin began when the Bewildering Armada came to Evermist, and thousands of Eislanians came to shore to share their knowledge with the elves. Seven bright and brilliant elves would soon begin studying under several Eislanians. The Eislanians were so impressed with the work and dedication of these elves, that they took them to Eislana to further teach and share their knowledge with these seven elves. The elves then returned exactly one hundred years later to Evermist. The wisdom they now contained baffled their brethren, and by the year's end, the high elves begged the seven elves to lead the high elves, and in extension, all elves. They quickly formed the council now known as the Ryo-Alluin. The seven members are listed as; Folmar Omalana, Grathgor Cailynn, Naeryndam Glynynore, Llewel Torric, Kylantha Ianmys, Meira Lurieth, and Malon Josandoral.
