A special made group by Ishttyn, to work in align with the Tilted Scale.
Under Ishttyn’s command they go and search for fresh new bards and act as spies to relay this information; whether or not for these new bards to go through the school. Few of these potentials are used to pass through the school to keep up the illusion of this school. While other’s are groomed to be use as sacrifices.
Upon requests, they will eliminate targets who get too close to discovering the truth of their organization, Titled Scale, the college or of Ishttyn.
They always tend to find a “calling” away from the town; when they are taken down under the mansion to be tortured to find out what information they know and who they’ve told (to possibly get rid of more witnesses) and then kill them; using the blood to be added for rituals for Titled Scale.
