MOIRA DUNNE

The Prince, or Arbitrator, of MANCHESTER, Moira Dunne was born in the 1400's as the daughter of Irish immigrants.
In life, Moira was a nun at a local college and skilled in poetry. Her beauty, piety and poetry attracted the attention of her Toreador sire and she was Embraced into the Kindred way of life.
Over the ages, she shed both her belief in God and her obedience to the Elders, who she saw as manipulating the younger childer.
During the Blitz that occurred during WW2, Moira took control of the Camarilla in Manchester, applying her knowledge of science and logic as a weapon.
Despite her distaste for excessive tradition of old, Moira did see that there was still a need to maintain the Masquerade and to keep fledglings in line. With this in mind, she established the Council. Initially the ranks were filled with Primogen but, following the Beckoning, they have been replaced with younger ancillae.
