Parker is an ex-con who's had a tough time finding a new job upon release in NOWY NADIR. Recently, they were approached to patrol THE ENCHANTED restaurant as a security guard.
Those who hired Parker didn't give out much information, but the money offered is good and came with a small upfront bonus too. What Parker doesn't know is that they have been hired 'off the books' by a Second Inquisition cell to patrol one of their blacksites in the city.
Parker ended up in prison after being caught dealing drugs; they weren't exactly a high roller, but enough to warrant the attention of the Nowy Nadir police. Their previous lifestyle led to some dicey situations and Parker decided to train in martial arts, so they know how to look after themselves.
