THE ENCHANTED

An upscale restaurant in NOWY NADIR, anyone exploring The Enchanted in its current state will see that the kitchen is well stocked, although some of the produce is out of date. There are no staff working in the kitchens or front-of-house. The only individual that might be seen is a solitary security guard, such as PARKER. 
The Enchanted has been closed for several months without clear explanation. It is, in fact, a secret Second Inquisition blacksite, a safehouse set up to help conquer the newly-discovered and growing problem of Kindred presence in the city.
