RAY

Ray works as the receptionist/clerk in the CICERO hotel in NOWY NADIR.
He's not an attentive worker, prefers to be left alone, and only gets involved in guests' business if it requires the police.
He's not above breaking the law himself, though, and can get his hands on "whatever you need"; all sorts of contraband and illegal goods.
He's also pretty rude to any Kindred characters that obviously look ill (i.e. they haven't used Blush of Life), saying "Man, you look terrible. You sick?", especially any Nosferatu characters.
