They found the old office that pointed them to the Wandering Wayvern Inn.
Sibane held a meeting with the party and the rest of the harpers at midnight. Sharing information they got to know that they are gathering orphans and homeless and have them enrolled in schools. The harpers haven't been able to gather more than shallow information about the tower.
