The Oar and Wagonwheel Inn
The Oar and Wagonwheel Inn is cheap and always crowded with noisy patrons.
But it is a nice place to conduct business where you don't want any one to listen in. The rowdy atmosphere makes it hard (DC 15) to listen in to other conversations.
Purpose / Function
A tavern for drinks and food
Design
One large room where all the patrons are. A bar at one wall.
Entries
One entry where patrons enter and exit. Then there is another exit from behind the bar where the kitchen is.
Denizens
Since the tavern is located close to the docks district, but not in it. There is a certain mix of patronage from more wealthy seamen (first mates, captains and the like). To lower aristocratic citizens from Westerly.
