Biography: The twin brother of Bilgoff Northman and ally of Vixen Venderbolt. Delgoff is unique among the heroes listed here in that he has no qualms about letting his darker side do most of the thinking for him. He is a rather cold and calculating individual, at his happiest when he is taking revenge on those who have wronged him. He is fond of his brother, despite the fact that he sees Bilgoff as a philandering show-off who wastes too much time and energy catering to the public eye. Delgoff is a man with an agenda, and he seeks to accomplish all of his goals with a frightening determination. He will stop at nothing to see his plans through, disposing of those who get in his way through whatever means are neccessary.
