A member of The Saints. Short silvery hair swept back, immaculately dressed in a high collar dress. She looks like a total badass. Her eyes are whited over due to her blindness, but her hearing is immaculate. She greets you by feeling your face and is able to tell traits that aren't physical when she does so. Has been sequestered by Duke of Windsor to aid in his project. She has enacted the second law of the The Saints where she took a vow of silence until her current mission ends.
