Count Norris Noxis
Norris is an aloof figure, rarely ever being seen except for the mandatory Moots to determine new rulers of the land. He has gone by many names, and none know his true title. For decades he was a successful privateer in the service of the Avalon Navy, where he was paid mountains of coin and jewels to sink Draugen merchant ships. He has never married nor sired any children. When the previous count had died from age, Norris quickly inserted himself as a puppet ruler in Gale Kirk. Giving Avalon exclusive access to a shipping lane to bring in their goods.
