Hourman
No one knows his true name or origins, let alone what he actually looks like. Those who have met him are contradicted by others, people have come to believe he is multiple people. However, the most prominent appearance is Hourman is a weaselly little mustachioed man dressed like an accountant. Has a crooked smile and talks in whispers. Is easy not to notice and has a tendency not to stay in the same spot for long. He runs a band of pickpockets and slavers, known as The Thatch Gallows. Used to be one himself until he took over. In the underworld of Port Deepwater he is known as a murderer who likes hunting people, and fixes man-hunts for people with similar interests who are higher up in the society. His clients are nobles and wealthy peasants who are afraid to commit their first murder without expert help. His safaris are notorious, and draw the wealthy psychos from dozens of countries around the world in the hundred a year. Word has it that the hunts range from 2,000 to 10,000 gold pieces depending on the quarry.
