Morloc, the Horrid Fire

Morloc is an active volcano located in northern Akatar, in the region known as the Scarred Lands. The mountain consists of one primary peak known as the the gods nose; the Nose reaches 28,822 feet in altitude and hosts the active crater known as Eagle Caldera, Morloc grows by about 1 1/2 feet per year. These heights make Morloc the tallest known active volcano on Mythris. The volcano last erupted in 1222 in a massive explosion known as the Shatterstorm, which transformed the entire region. To date, it has shown no major activity, though the peaks constantly spew ash and smoke into the air as a constant reminder of the threat that exists beneath the capped mountain.
