Vedania is dying.

Plague is seen in the slums of Port Deepwater, it spreads like wildfire to Standholme and Enitone. Roads are patrolled by mercenaries, they kill all who travel on the roads. The city states enact closed borders to reduce the spread of disease. All trade is embargoed on Vedania, commerce hits an all-time low. Vedania is cut off.
