All signs of plague disappear. Borders are still closed, and trade is still cut off. Seventeen years of commerce being nonexistent makes the Counts nervous. They attempt another war for the last of the resources in the country.   The Second Civil war. Once again, much history has been lost. The Inquisition is in hiding again. No clear victors, a truce is called again. Open borders are enacted once more, and trade begins with Vedania again. The Inquisition reappears.
