Geography

Oskksul has many areas of tundra and forest, but a large chunk of the continent is taken up by the Kkoti Mountains, a range which takes up a large chunk of the center of the land mass. Mount Tayde is the highest peak on the planet.

Weather and Seasons

Oskksul is the coolest of the continents on the planet, year-round. During the warmest part of the year, they are lucky to reach temperatures of 60* on the flatlands in the south. In the flatlands, the cool weather is mild and bottoms out around 25-30* in the winter. In the mountains, temperatures can be as low as 0* at the highest peaks, and generally do not rise above 32*. Oskksul experiences a seasonal daylight shift more than anywhere else on the planet, with only a few hours of daylight in the middle of winter and a few hours of night in the middle of summer. Their four seasons are relatively equal in length.

Flora and Fauna

The climate of Oskksul can be harsh, and the things that live there are generally those well-adapted to getting the most out of the least resources. There is more biodiversity in the forests, though not by a particular lot. Adapting to the harsher climates, however, means that many of the plants and animals on Oskk are highly valued for magical, medicinal, or edible properties.
