Overview

This expansive region contains multiple locations on the Continent of Vinciral. It is a highly controversial region, with the majority coming from Zekosh. It is partially due to the magical effects on the area by the Variant Society of Zekosh. It has allowed the creatures in this region to undergo some exciting yet scary mutations.

Geography

There are some noticeable geographical landmarks located in this region. The most notable is the Heart of Stendaaris. This volcano is rumored to be the creator of every landmass on the World of Stendaaris. Also, within this region are the Cherry Bloom Bosk, Guardian Forest, and the settlements of Zekosh, Aegis Colony, Dimmeld, and Siamadow.

Localized Phenomena

The region looks extremely beautiful, with vapors leaving the ground in various colors. This beauty is also very enticing to explorers. However, many explorers have lost their lives within the first few minutes of being in the region. As the vapors in this region are incredibly poisonous when inhaled. The outskirts of this region have many skeletal remains of explorers who did not understand the local flora and fauna in this region.

Dendrite Vapors

Dendrite Vapors are deep purple and smell very sweet, similar to fermented fruit. If Dendrite Vapors are inhaled, it can stun, paralyze or lead to death based on the amount inhaled. If one did inhale these vapors, the risk of being devoured by the mutated creatures here increases.

Axon Vapors

These vapors look like a swirl of color between orange and red. If Axon Vapors are inhaled, they nullify the sense of touch and taste. Another symptom of inhaling Axon Vapors is the inability to feel the warmth from outside influences. This vapor is deadly because it is odorless and prevents people from feeling the pain they are receiving from heat. Many explorers have inhaled this vapor near the Heart of Stendaaris and have never been seen again. This is because their bodies are absorbed by the volcano's extreme heat and molten grounds.

Derision Vapors

These vapors look to be a mix of yellow and green. They smell incredibly sweetened with a few nutty undertones. Even though this vapor is poisonous, it isn't typically deadly. The one who inhales these vapors tends to go into fits of hideous laughter. However, this vapor is considered fatal because one will be in a fit of laughter and prone on the ground until removed from the geyser releasing these vapors. If a person isn't removed, they will laugh themselves to death. Some believe these vapors are the inspiration for the hideous laughter spells or spells that invoke fits of laughter.

Fauna & Flora

This region is known for its wild and untamed natural wonders. One of the most beautiful areas in this region is the Cherry Bloom Bosk, a grove of cherry trees tended by the Bosk Druids. One of the most devastating yet amazing sights is the dead forest at the base of the Heart of Stendaaris. However, the Guardian Forest is the home to one of the Twin Colossal Plants: Life Tree and Death Cactus, the Vin Life Tree.
The flora in this region tends to be very colorful. If there is a mix of colors that someone dreams of seeing, it can be found here. Some can even find ugly color combinations that are so ugly they are beautiful. The fauna is the exception to this beauty and color. These creatures are mutated hybrids of creatures found in other regions of the world. It is rumored that the Variant Society of Zekosh has warped the vapors in this region to transform these creatures into monstrosities. This is because the Variant Society of Zekosh can harvest these creatures while they are still alive. This leads to various skeletal-based monstrosities as well.
