Port De'Talian
Port De'Tallian is the capital city and main port for Nolvala. It houses somewhere around 700,000 pirates at any given time. It is the place to go for black market goods, cheap knock offs, illicit materials, and to pick up work on a pirate ship. Ships are constantly recruiting from the over 40 different taverns littered throughout the city and an estimated 20 to 40 ships a day depart from the port making it one of the busiest ports, and certainly the busiest port for pirates in the world.
