Queen Katherine Opal Swan
Queen Katherine of the House of Swan is the Queen of Eldland. She took the throne at the age of 19. Not one to be shackled by the burdens of ruling she often escapes to the gardens and pretends she is an adventurer. She is still quite young at heart, and doesn't always understand the finer points of ruling or the need for necesary difficult decisions. She wears her heart on her sleeve and this has earned her some mistakes made along the way.
She is called the Foretold Queen, for the priestesses of the New Goddess Zedas, predicted her birth would be on the edge of a great conflict that would see the realm into the final years of the 3rd age. She nonetheless remains unphased by this prediciton.
