Doniakal
Doniakal is an organization founded by Lord Cacophony devoted to the research and development of new technology, medical practices, and arcane magic, with the theme of furthering the autonomy, health, and happiness of mortals throughout Shoujin. While its leader is highly controversial for his religious views, the organization itself is very well regarded and many young scholars dream to being able to join when they complete their academic studies.
Public Agenda
The primary objective of Doniakal is to improve the health and happiness of all mortals. Lord Cacophony and some other members view the role of Doniakal as being to show that mortals can control their own destinies and have better understanding of their needs than do the Universal Pantheon.
