Born on the estate as his father before him was, he has lived there his whole life and know runs it with his wife and son. He is a Mason by trade and will sometimes lend out his skills for extra cash, though most of his time is spent maintaining the estate.

Mental Trauma

He was hit hard by his son's disappearance. He became withdrawn and angry for several months but eventually accepted the fact that his son was probably dead. It is a bit of a bone of contention between him and his wife, he believes she should accept it too and just move on.

Relationship with Tylor

They have a very practical relationship as they work together a lot on the estate. They have easy cameraderie though Dennis can be a little hard on Tylor as he is the only child that currently has an interest in the affairs of the estate. Tylor accepts this, and though he has had a few moments of rebellion, understands that his parents and the estate needs him.
