Moloch used to be a demon prince, before he became too much of an asshole for all the other demon princes. That's saying something, let's be honest. A demon being too much of an asshole for other demons? Needless to say, he isn't allowed back in hell. Maybe if he can find a way back in, it will be like in Dogma when Ben Afleck and Matt Damon -Maat Daaaamon- tried to end all humanity. WHEW! that's awful.
Anyway, he's an asshole fallen demon prince not allowed back in hell. Probably made a deal with Thanatos or something.
