Cragmaw Goblin Tribe
“Stand down, Targor. Yeemik, Klarg, and King Grol lie dead. The dragon has been warded off. We must thank our mercenaries for doing this favor for us, as we couldn't have over thrown those bugbears without their help.” ~Cheese Danish, the Goblin

History
The goblin tribes of the Mudston Island were separate entities that resided in caves all along the Sword Mountains. They were all primarily run by Bugbears and Hobgoblins who the Goblins and Wolf pets would answer to.
The Cragmaw tribe of Goblins get their name from where they reside: The Ruins of Fort Cragmaw, an old Wolton military outpost. Their initial cave from where the tribe originated from was left inhabited when the goblins moved to the fort and was used as an outpost to raid caravans travelling on the Triboar Trail.
The Black Spider began his rise to power by allying himself with the Bugbears of the Cragmaw Tribe and Redbrand Bandits to the north of Wolton. The goblinkind were growing weary of working for the Bugbears and the Black Spider, and were plotting to overtake their rulers.
This rebellion proved easy once both Venomfang the green dragon eliminated the ruling bugbears at the Fort and adventurers took out the remaining Bugbears allied with The Black Spider. Now the goblins seek to ally themselves with the remaining tribes of the Sword Mountains by killing the Bugbear leaders and replacing them with goblinkind.
Religion
Goblins have no use for human gods, so the Cragmaw Tribe worship Maglubiyet, the god of goblins and hobgoblins.
