Fell’s Tattoo Parlor is a tattoo studio, found deep within the Market Ward of Sigil. The establishment is owned and operated by the “Fallen Dabus”, Fell.
Many choose to avoid the place, fearing that they might draw the ire of The Lady of Pain by associating with her former servant. This hasn’t stopped a group of enthusiastic Signers from hanging out around the shop however, intrigued by Fell’s ability to turn the magical rebuses that his race uses to communicate into living pictures upon the skin of his customers.

Layout

The circular area near the entrance serves as the principal area of business, with numerous tattoo designs adorning its walls. At the back of the parlor a gallery of human skins stretched on wooden canvases can be found.
