Auriel, the Golden Lady of Fortune
The Golden Lady, as she is often called, is the patron of most merchants the world over, as well as adventurers and more. She is known to be generous with her blessings, and is one of the more mortally-involved Ladies in the court. However, it is also said she is quite fickle and superficial, preferring to bless the good-looking, those with good fashion sense or hygiene, and flatterers. She also seems to prefer to deal with women, although this is anecdotal only.
She is towering, nearly 9 feet tall, with exceptionally long tresses that shimmer gold in sunlight. Her skin is a blushing copper color, and she is as beautiful as any mortal woman, with wide pouting lips, eyes with a gentle upward tilt, and a generous set of curves.
Her home is within the massive Ysgogoch, the Archtree within The Elven City of Amaryll. The temple winds its way around the tree, finally culminating in a massive open platform within the canopy of the Archtree. Visible from the edges is the sprawling city below, and the massive mountain ranges beyond. Although there is no roof to the temple, rain does not fall upon the floorboards, and instead seems to be caught by the leaves above and gently redirected to the tree itself.
Auriel, when she is on the Material Plane, can be found here, lounging upon her chaise and taking visits from supplicants, acolytes, and the occasional soon-to-be-disappointed suitor.
