Ka Hei

At the headwaters of Lake Sophie, deep in the caves of the Devil's Teeth Range, lies the city of Ka Hei. One of the only known settlements of Pu Yi, Ka Hei supplies Lake Sophie with a continuous stream of water from the Underdark. Despite being mostly underground, the city is full of lights from various bioluminescent plants and bugs, and song can be heard throughout the day and night.
