The Trades Houses of Estalia

The Trades Houses of Estalia are responsible for vetting, recording, and supporting specialist tradespeople throughout the republic. Tradespeople can apply to the relevant Trades House, and after a short investigation, are given permission to use both the House's seal and titles, as well as are granted special identification. Without this permission They possess significant influence in the republic, and can sway both the Senate and Governors to their desires.
