The Free state of Tor'na'lia was established by the Earth board in 614PWS with aid of their then allies the rulers of Buel Adharcach and The King of Oiche Bha the purpose of this agreement was to allow free space for those of entrepreneurial skill or pursuit to develop the fertile area around the River into a thriving economy and create a buffer zone between the 2 cities and their own vested interests within the region.

History

The free lands of the Tor'na'lia was formed, after the Serf rising of 612 PWS, where many of the population of the land rose up against the The Kingdom Of Tor'na'lia and the Broken Chain Archipelago and the then King after many years of tyranical rule. The war ended with the Establishment of the Earthen Board.
