Anoma

Anoma is the anomalous planet of The Aquia System with four near-identical moons, each named Demo, Beta, Alpha, and Gamma. It is also the first planet discovered by a non-human space-faring species known to harbor native life, many of which were scientists looking to find out more about Anoma's strange properties, mainly regarding its evenly spaced moons.   Anoma is a terrestrial planet with a balanced ratio of land to water and comfortable gravity levels. It is moderately larger than Infinity and has barely any wind, suggesting the pressure of the planet's atmospheric layers are nearly symmetrical. It is theorized that the four synchronized identical moons act as a stabilizing pull around the planet giving it that equilibrium. Also, despite there being life on it, the planet is mainly a very dull tan and gray. Because the Aquia System's Blue Star is so luminescent, all native life is naturally blind.   Studies on the planet have shown that the life native to Anoma is currently in its Paleogene Age, meaning most if not all life on the planet is still bound to its oceans, rivers, lakes, and seas. However, this has not stopped visitors and colonists from trying to speed up the evolutionary process, which has led to a small population of sapient life born from rigorous experimentation and genetic modifications of pure native life. These "Artificial Anomanites" are often looked down upon for simply existing, as they are the products of morally questionable experimentation.   Pure Anomanite Lifeforms usually live in shallow waters and appear similar to seahorses and frogs, save for their size as they are large enough to be mounted and ridden by more human-sized sapient life forms.
