History

Nikita came to Captain Stouteye willingly which surprised him. Nikita didn't look like much, he was a young halfling who came from an orphanage. To work in a mining operation at his state made Captain Stouteye turn him down. Yet Nikita's will to prove Stouteye that he has use managed to get a good first impression on Stouteye. After years of training Nikita on labor and other things to help Nikita become a prepared adult in the world today. Nikita repaid Captain Stouteye by giving it his all in Crot. Thus Captain Stouteye respects him highly. After an incident in the mine's and a victory in a local tourny, Captain Stouteye decided that Nikita was ready to move on from mining and go out into the real world.

Captain Stouteye became fond of Nikita's unusual iron will to never give up, claiming it was something he never sees in another man, especially one who works the mines. The mentor student relationship grew through that purpose alone.
