Dismantler
A Dismantler is a type of robot found on Xon, where they are predominately located in the Dismantler Kingdom. They are known for their knack for reusing and repurposing everything, as well as for having a heavily matriarchal society.

Compared to other robot races, Dismantlers are noticeably larger and heavier. On average they tend to stand 7' - 8' at the shoulder, and weigh about 350 –450 lbs, with females usually being larger. They walk bipedally with a hunched, sulking gait on two spur-like legs, though they may also run quadrupedally.
Like all robots, Dismantlers reproduce using genetic code taken from male and female. However, that's about where the similarities end, and Dismantlers have a different reproductive process and life cycle compared to other robot races.
Dismantlers primarily practice polyandry (female with multiple male partners), as females are capable of bearing young from multiple fathers (superfecundation). Gestation lasts the standard 13.5 - 14 months, during which the female Dismantler is very moody.
On average, a female Dismantler will give birth to 12-20* babies at a time. The name for all the baby Dismantlers born at a single time is called a brood. It is very common (and expected) for some babies in the brood to be stillborn or die within the first 2 to 3 years* of life. The surviving total tends to be 6-14*. Females are notoriously aggressive and protective when it comes to their babies, even to the point of compromising her own safety (she will isolate them, even from her partners). Maternal death due to post-natal complications is a big problem in the Dismantler Kingdom.

Anatomy
Their eye is digitized, and a pair of metal flaps are attached to the top and bottom, called crests. Dismantlers can use their crests to show emotion, as well as to protect their neck. (tba)Reproduction
