Bernard Pruggendopp
Bernard is by now a well known personality at the docks of the Civilian harbour, although some might question his affiliation with Gnomenheim's Royal Orchestra. Most of the time when he isn't selling some potions to cure ailments, mainly for man-issues, he is performing songs about heroes and monsters - though as often he is just chasing the next bottle, meal or carnal pleasures. The gnome isn't shy to sell his expertise in whatever field you might lack knowledge, which can end up with him hidding for a couple of days.
Lately he is using his witness accounts of the ghostly boy Bloodwyn's exploits to entertain the locals, which gained both of them some fame with the people spending time at the docks. Though most of the money he earned from it has already been turned into debts at the bars around the piers.
