Emil van Bleuys

Emil van Bleuys served the Realm of the Middle for years as knight and officer in the army. Most notably fighting bandits around Omarim vastly increasing the safety of the people there. As recompense he was awarded the land west of the crossroad between Omarimand Goldfiylds, raising from a mere knight to a lord of the Realm.

Sadly his ability as warrior was not at all matched by his ability to manage farmland. Putting trust in the wrong people nearly ruined him financially, leaving him merely the income from taxes to cover debt his own financial undertakings have covered him with.

Emil van Bleuys is a good hearted man that shows loyalty to those that are loyal to him. Every time he spent money on for the education of his daugther he invited the children of his friend Robert Sparkhammer, the local blacksmith, to join in the lessons.

With age and injuries from his glory days taking their toll Emil looks envious at those leaving Bleuysfiyld to lead a life that he understood so much better than being a landowner. His biggest success in life though is his daughter Laryssa. As he lost his wife several years ago, he spent a lot time raising his daughter by himself, instilling in her a warrior's and noblewoman's pride in her.
