Gallard van Junn, High Priest of Caldis
Like many of Caldis's priests Gallard is a strong and tough man. He grew up in the vicinity were his family owned some land. Although of noble birth it was expected of him to work on the farm as well learning the harsh reality of being depending on nature's will to survive.
During his childhood among farmers he experience the annual blood sacrifices conducted by the priests of Caldis. Gallard understood the importance of these rituals for they granted better harvests and decided to join the priesthood.
Over the years he proved himself as devoted servant of the god. Gallard is well known in Eversted's outskirts for his pious services and annual rituals. For his loyality he was put in charge of the temple in the capital.
Gallard stays out of politics and is only concerned with matters of the church for those are the interests of their god and not just mere mortal problems. He knows that without his gods guidence mankind would be left to the natures chaotic whims with many exposed to hardships Caldis can controll.
