Roben Vestergaard
Roben Vestergaard is a self-made man like few others. He was raised in a small settlement in the Heartlands that he quickly outgrew. Moving from there to the Eversted he again found ways to smartly exploit opportunities and start his first ventures. By the age of barely thirty he had enough money to buy a proper estate with lands, but more importantly he foundthe love of his life Lia Artanis.
The elven woman was fascinated by the quick thinking human that knew how to play everyone around him perfectly. Together they moved to Flushavs where he bought the land, while she gathered a small court of elves to follow them there. To the outside it looks like he is the odd person in the group, a fling that the outstanding Lia keeps for money or fun sake, while her elves run the new wineyard. On the inside even many of the elves tend to forget to whom they own there comfortable lifestyle and the estates reputation. But once one looks beyond the fascade its quickly obvious that the man that avoids gathering attention and ignores the insults towards humans actually is as influential as his astonishing wife.
The couple reached the point that if they so desired actually could claim nobility, but both avoid it. The local lords often attend wine parties and other festivities at the Vestergaard estate and Roben's connection run further than some give him credit for.
