Captain of the Vangaurd Liliana Tawa Tawa (a.k.a. Cappy)
Liliana is the energetic captain of the Vanguard. The vanguard are a special force of scouts sent ahead of Icarus to ensure its path will be unhindered by enemy activity. Liliana's thin appearance and young age mislead many who first meet her into thinking her position as captain is undeserved. These people quickly realize she has a few tricks up her sleeve.
Liliana is most known for her ruthless efficiency at clearing out threats to Icarus and her penchant for strangulation. often times she can be seen clinging onto the ropes and bungees as they hang from off her airship. Dropping into battle with her bungee in hand she will wrap it around an opponents neck and allow it to snap their neck as it launches back into the sky toward their vessel.

General Physical Condition
Liliana was born physically weak and it shows. Her body is lithe looking and she has little muscle definition. Slender and tall she certainly stands out among the muscle bound soldiers of the Vangaurd.

Liliana's exoskeleton also allows for increased movement making her a near blur on the battlefield, as she leaps through the air or dodges with a power and grace displaying her prowess.
Apparel & Accessories
Liliana is almost always sporting a bandage on her nose to keep it in place and either mend or prevent its breaking.
Specialized Equipment
Liliana has a powered exoskeleton from the age of progress. This device wraps around her body in the shape of a true skeleton but thin enough to not be visible through clothes it offers the physical strength she naturally lacks. Its alloys which have been lost to time are powerful enough to withstand strikes from Venarians without bending.
Liliana has a weapon she calls the "gallow". a reclaimed "kusarigama" A scythe and chain that she uses to vicously strangle any threats she comes across.

Personal history
Born in the safety of the Network Her mother and father took her with them when they left the network. Growing up on Icarus She would go exploring freshly found ruins with her father. Fitting into spaces her father couldn't she was able to recover many artifacts. Liliana was always gifted with fast reflexes and agility but her small size worked against her. Her strength was below average until one day in her later teens she found an intact and functioning powered exo suit in the wreck of a crashed third age ship. The suit increased her strength and enhanced her natural abilities. With her newfound strength and abilities she could finally persue her dream of joining of joining the Vangaurd. She quickly rose through the ranks and was made the captain of the main force.
Education
Liliana learned what she could from the books and holotapes she scavenged out of ruins, as well as the best education her father could teach her.
Employment
Liliana was a Reclaimer in her youth. along with her father. But after gaining the ability she joined the Vangaurd, now the captain its a position she holds to this day.
Accomplishments & Achievements
The "Slash and Burn" of hundreds of Venarian Enclaves plotting against her home of Icarus.
Achieving the highest ranking position in the Vangaurd.
Beating David "Dogman" curr in a drinking competition.

She feels very very very very sorry for not accompanying her own FATHER on a world spanning adventure to catalog Yarth as we know it all because " he insists to travel with that leafy mutt"!
Mental Trauma
in her youth Liliana would enjoy spending time around the relicta monastary attached to icarus. At that time no one was aware that Relictas were only resistant to Venarian corruption not immune. Liliana was attacked by the first known Venarian relicta and the experience left her with a hatred for both Relictas and Venarians and a strong drive to protect others.
