Sparky the Kobold Pyromancer
Sparky is a kobold born with the innate ability to cast fire-based spells. One day when he was young and being picked on by bigger and dumber kobolds he just pretended that they were on fire, and then suddenly just spontaneously combusted in an explosion of fire. Ever since then Sparky has avoided the torment of his community in Gravic Swamp by living up in the tallest branches of the Tree of Insight.
