Nox Tempus

Nox Tempus is a continent spanning criminal organization.   The organization is run largely by the regional commanders and only loosely follows an overall structure. Most times in larger towns and cities there will be smaller cells or gangs that control or work in specific neighborhoods or areas, and many times most of those people will not know the names or locations of the other members of the larger organization in the city, it follows the logic that if one of those street agents is caught by the law they cant give up any of the organization or members who didn't work with them directly, therefore only senior and trusted members of the organization ever learn any information about the larger structure of how things are run.   Most organized criminal activity that happens in Yonder usually has some connection to Nox Tempus, the organization has members and connections in all of the larger settlements in all three kingdoms, and many of the smaller towns have smaller branches as well.   Little Known Information
The organization is actually run by a Triumvirate, The three senior captains who are in charge of the three capitol cities make up the three members of the ruling council. All large decisions and rulings are voted on by all three captains. This is a very rare occurrence, as the trio only regularly gather once a year to update one another and vote on any standing issues, any gatherings outside of this yearly one are incredibly rare. The location of the meeting happens in one of the three cities, the hosting location is always chosen at random and very close to the date to avoid the possibility of the information leaking.   The Current Triumvirate are:
Yodenheim - Logan Romero
Barak Mor - Gimdren Moordun
Uuthra -  Liadove Enzana
Logan Romero - he is a 56 year old human man, rather plain looking, dresses in scholarly attire most of the time. He is an incredibly secretive person and no one outside of his most trusted inner circle of 4 lieutenants actually knows who he is or has actually met him. He spends his days in the library at the Athenaeum he is constantly reading and absorbing knowledge and information from informants and people who have no idea who he is. The guild facing “Leader” of Nox Tempus in Yodenheim is Logans right hand and the one who sees that his orders are carried out. He is a half elf brute named Acrius, he is an absolutely deadly fighter that earned respect from the order by shedding blood, some of his own and much more that isn’t his. None of the order would dare challenge him to a fight.   Gimdren Moordun - 200 year old dwarven man, member of the Moordun clan, nowhere close to the ruling portion of the clan but still has access to much of the clans resources and information which he uses to good advantage for his branch of the guild.   Liadove Enzana - 400 year old elf woman, runs a nondescript apothecary and tea shop in the middle district of Uuthra.   Tattoos of rank in Nox Tempus
