Run by a middle aged halfling man named Theodore Longriver, he is a slight but incredibly quick guy, average height for a halfling, not the best looking, has tattoos covering his arms and neck. He lives in the same tavern with his wife, both are members of Nox Tempus. His wife is a half elven woman named Linlaena Longriver, she is in her mid 40s, very attractive and of average height. Both are amicable people and will offer special rates on drinks and rooms for anyone who is with Nox Tempus.
Has access to the warrens in the basement of the bar, can also provide a guide to bring people to the bloody pit if they pay for the service.
