A resident of Mount Syndral, a bustling city serving as the capital of Teramor, a country in Messara on Jynx, Hoptop is a jync with an unusual Blessing.

Hoptop's blessing is the ability to create exactly three mugs of snow, every day, during the winter season in Teramor. The power doesn't work outside of the country or season, and with the city seeing snowfall every day during the winter period, this power isn't exactly beneficial.
